[Software-Releases] Release notice for AgMIP data tools

Hello All,

The new version of QuadUI (1.3.7) is available on the tool site 
(http://tools.agmip.org/).

It is highly recommended to use this version instead of older one since 
major issue is detected on the old version of QuadUI.

You can also check the update notes on the web pages for more 
information.
