[Software-Releases] Release notice for AgMIP data tools

Hello All,

The new version of QuadUI (1.3.2-beta2) is available on the tool site 
(http://tools.agmip.org/). You can also check the update notes on the 
web pages for more information.

It is highly recommended to use this one instead of 1.3.1-release which 
has several known bugs.
