[Software-Releases] Release notice for AgMIP data tools

Hello All,

The new version of ADA (0.3.7) is available on the tool site 
(http://tools.agmip.org/). This update fixes a unexpected crash issue 
that when you load a large spreadsheet with more than 30000 lines of 
data, the ADA will crash and stop working.
