[Software-Releases] Release notice for AgMIP data tools

Hello All,

The preview version of QuadUI (1.2.1-beta17) is available on the tool 
site (http://tools.agmip.org/).

This update is to resolve a issue that cause shifting management event 
date by using DATE_OFFSET() could not work well.
