[Software-Releases] Release notice for AgMIP data tools

Hello All,

The preview version of QuadUI (1.2.1-beta15) is available on the tool 
site (http://tools.agmip.org/).

This update is to resolve the issue with APSIM when simulating rice 
crop. No changes for other model.
