[Software-Releases] Release notice for AgMIP data tools

Hello All,

The latest QuadUI-1.2.0, ACMOUI-1.1 are released and available on the 
tool site (http://tools.agmip.org/). You can also check the update notes 
on the web pages for more information.

The ADA is also updated to 0.3.6 Beta1 to resolve the issue that the 
output zip file does work well with other compression softwares.
