[Software-Releases] Release notice for AgMIP data tools

Hello All,

The preview version of QuadUI (1.2.1-beta13) is available on the tool 
site (http://tools.agmip.org/).

This update is mostly for the command line using. If you got the error 
message like "Auto-Apply feature only allows one field overlay file per 
run" when read ACEB file, please try this one. The issue is caused by 
missing relationship between DOME and field. The new QuadUI will 
generate a linkage file when reading the regular spreadsheet data file. 
The linkage file contains the relationship information, and could be 
used later in the command line using as an argument to avoid this issue.
