[AgMIP] AgMIP Soybean Phase 1

Dear crop modelers,

We are pleased to announce that the AgMIP-Soybean Team has started the first multi-model comparison (Phase 1). This is a CO2, temperature, water, and N sensitivity analysis conducted at 5 locations after calibrating the base scenario with observed data. This exercise will evaluate model uncertainties in predicting crop yield, and will also place emphasis on nitrogen balance (including biological N fixation). Please if you have a soybean crop model that is not already in the Team and are interested in participating as a crop modeler contact us for more information.
