[AgMIP] AgMIP Global Economics special issue now open access!

Dear AgMIP community,

the special issue published by the AgMIP Global Economics team in 
"Agricultural Economics" in January 2014 has been made available for 
open access by the publisher. This is good news for making the results 
accessible within the broader AgMIP community.
