[AgMIP] AgMIP Uncertainty Survey

Dear Colleagues,

We saw at the Rome meeting that uncertainty is a major aspect of all the Ag=
MIP projects. Therefore, in a meeting with Cynthia and Jim, we decided that=
 it would be very useful to all of us to have an overview of uncertainty in=
 AgMIP, and to start working on shared definitions and approaches.
The first phase is to gather information about how uncertainty is treated i=
n the different projects, using this survey (it should take only 10-15 minu=
tes). We have tried to keep it short, and we have provided as an example to=
 guide you the responses of the wheat pilot.

We are setting a deadline of Dec. 15th, after which we will work on extract=
ing the common points.
